· Monthly plan must be used within the agreed period, are not refundable and cannot be carried over to the next month. Where the scheduled date for the cleaning session falls on any gazetted public holiday, the company and the customer shall agree to reschedule replacement session within 60 days.
· Sessions cancelled or amended within 48 working hours (Mon-Sat) of a session are not refundable
· Additional sessions booked beyond your membership’s entitlement are charged at $100 per session of 4 hours
· Booking is subject to availability of Butler
· Non-members are charged a basic rate of $35/hour (min 4 hours each session)
